Why don't I see data yet?
Analytics builds up after you connect accounts and start publishing through Post layer. A freshly connected account starts collecting from now — give it a few days of posting to become meaningful.
An account is missing from the charts
Analytics is per workspace: only accounts connected to the active workspace are included. Switch workspaces to see another client's numbers.
How is engagement rate calculated?
Engagement rate relates interactions on your content to how often it was seen in the selected period — so it stays comparable between small and large accounts.
