Invite team members
Team members join on your plan — they never pay separately.
Your subscription covers your whole team: invited members never pay and never start their own trial. The Create plan includes 3 team members; Pro is unlimited.
- 1Open Settings → Team in the dashboard.
- 2Enter your teammate's email address and send the invite.
- 3They receive an email with a join link. Signing in with that same email address verifies the invite automatically.
- 4New to Post layer? They get a short welcome where they can take a quick product tour or jump straight into your team's dashboard — no payment step.
Good to know
The invite is locked to the email address you entered — if your teammate signs in with a different address, the join is refused and they'll see why.
You can resend an invite or copy the invite link from the Team tab if the email didn't arrive.
