Trouble signing in
Login email not arriving, or landing on the wrong account.
The login email didn't arrive
- 1Check your spam or promotions folder — the email comes from Post layer.
- 2On the login screen, click "Resend email".
- 3Still nothing? Try signing in with Google instead, or use a different email address.
Magic links are single-use
Each login link works once and expires after a short while. If a link says it's invalid, just request a fresh one from the login page.
Signed in but missing your data?
You probably signed in with a different email address than last time — each address is its own account. Log out and sign in with the address you originally used.
