Schedule a post

1. 1Click Create post in the dashboard.
2. 2Select the accounts to publish to — one post can go to several platforms at once.
3. 3Upload your media (image or video) and write your caption.
4. 4Check the preview to see exactly how the post will look on each platform.
5. 5Pick a date and time and click Schedule — or publish immediately.

What happens next

Scheduled posts appear on your calendar and publish automatically at their time. If the workspace requires approval, the post first goes to your approver and publishes once they've said yes.

Publishing runs in the background — you can keep working while Post layer pushes the post to each platform.
