Approvals in the dashboard
Review, approve, deny and retract from the Approvals page.
The Approvals page lists every post waiting for a decision in the workspaces you can review.
- 1Open Approvals in the dashboard sidebar.
- 2Open a pending post to see its media, caption, target accounts and scheduled time.
- 3Approve it to release it for publishing, or deny it with a short comment explaining what should change — the post goes back to draft.
Retracting a post
Sent something for approval by mistake? The creator can retract a pending post — it returns to draft and any outstanding approval links stop working.
Notifications
Approvers are notified by email (and WhatsApp, if configured) when a post needs review, and the post's owner gets an email when a decision is made — including the comment on a denial.
